Cottage Rental Details
A 25% returnable deposit will be asked for with each booking, with the balance due on arrival.
The bed linen and towels can be provided by arrangement, but not beach towels.
Electricity is supplied via a meter. The house will be cleaned after each let, but we do expect tenants to leave the house as they would wish to find it. Access to accomodation is at 2pm on day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the house by 10.30am on day of departure.
Unfortunately we cannot accept your pets.

Can you tell me if there is a bedroom downstairs or are they all upstairs. Many thanks
The house is more of a bungalow really, it has two bedrooms downstairs.
